When our team at Southern IL Whitetails decided to pool their resources, knowledge, talents, and skill, they had only one purpose in mind - To create and bring to you the finest fair-chase whitetail deer hunting opportunities in the world! - and as a client, you can be sure you are hunting with expert guides. All of our team members are seasoned professionals with just one goal in mind - to maximize your hunting success!
Starting with our selection of only the finest properties based on the best food sources, genetics, and existing record-class deer populations, combined with our strictly enforced trophy standards and intensive management practices, with Southern IL Whitetails you can be sure that the odds are going to be in your favor! Semi-guided hunters will be given quality information and advice on locations, wind direction, preferred set-ups, and the best approaches for you to hang your stands or set up ground-blinds. Fully guided hunters will be guided to stands; ground blinds, or box blinds which have been pre-positioned by our pros for maximum effectiveness and shot opportunity.
Southern IL Whitetails is based in Metropolis, Illinois. We offer guided and semi-guided trophy whitetail hunts in Massac, Pope, Pulaski, and Johnson counties, and are currently booking archery, shotgun, and muzzle- loader hunts for the 2012-2013 season.
